Before work starts

Orders cancelled before work begins are eligible for a full refund.

After work starts

Where work is under way, refunds are assessed according to the work already completed.

Monthly services

Monthly services may be cancelled before the next billing period. Periods already completed are not refundable.

Advertising spend

Advertising spend is paid directly to the platform and cannot be refunded by YB Seller Solution.
